Amy is an accomplished finance professional with over 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 9 years in the FQHCs industry. She graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2008 with a degree in Accounting and spent over five years working as an Accounting Manager in the HOA Management Industry in Las Vegas, NV before finding her passion for FQHCs.

In 2014, Amy relocated to Vancouver, WA, and joined her first FQHC in Portland, OR, as the Director of Finance. She quickly climbed the ranks and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) within a year. In early 2018, Amy relocated to the suburbs of the Twin Cities in Minnesota, where she joined CLC as a remote consultant. As a consultant, she offered her expertise as a Fractional CFO in accounting, budgeting, and operations to FQHCs to further their mission of providing care to those in need.

In 2019, Amy opened CLC's Minnesota office, and in 2020, she became one of CLC’s shareholders. Currently, Amy serves as the COO/Integrator, leveraging her extensive knowledge in financial and operational management, accounting, communication, leadership, human resources, recruiting, C-Suite level coaching, FQHC compliance, project management, and more to help CLC and its clients succeed.

Tafta is from the picturesque town of Lake Village, Arkansas, nestled along the banks of the majestic Mississippi River in the vibrant "Delta" region. She earned a degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Arkansas at Monticello, followed by a degree in Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

For the past 14 1/2 years, Tafta had the privilege of serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Mainline Health Systems, Inc. (MHSI), an FQHC based in Southeast Arkansas. She is very passionate and supportive of the health center programs and has witnessed the impact they have on small, rural communities. She is excited to bring her wealth of experience to CLC and contribute towards the success of other health centers in their mission to serve their communities effectively.

Cindy has been very active within the Colorado PCA, CCHN (Colorado Community Health Network), working with fellow fiscal directors on improving the CO Medicaid cost reporting process and advocating for changes beneficial to CHCs. In each experience, she focused on developing teams that work together toward the desired outcomes for the benefit of others. Quaneisha “Neisha” Simmons has a background in clinical administration and coordination in various settings, including counseling and supportive services and behavioral health care navigation.
