This Webinar aims to provide community health centers with insights and strategies for diversifying funding sources and improving grant and development success. Community Link Consulting and a panel of current health center leaders will share their experiences and best practices for securing and managing various funding streams, including private and public grants, private donations, investments, and other revenue-generating services

MIke Wiser, Consultant

Mike comes to CLC after over 10 years at a large Spokane FQHC where he served as Chief Strategy Officer. Past roles in community health have included project management, grants and development oversight, strategic planning, advocacy, school-based healthcare, and behavioral health administration. Prior to his work in healthcare, Mike worked primarily in management consulting and industrial engineering. He holds a Master's in Business Administration and a master's in engineering management from Northwestern University and currently serves on the school board for Spokane Public Schools.

Amber Schott, Consultant

Amber is a skilled nonprofit development professional with nearly a decade of experience building diversified funding portfolios for organizations ranging from small, local initiatives to large-scale global entities. A native of the Midwest, Amber earned her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University before starting her career in nonprofit communications at a small museum in Granville, Ohio. Now a Senior Consultant at CLC, she holds an MA from Concordia University Chicago and shares her expertise in grant writing, grants management, program development, evaluations, and communication strategies with FQHCs to build thriving healthcare communities across the country.

Community Link Consulting is  registered as a sponsor of group-live and group-internet-based continuing professional education with the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. All cancellation or transfer requests must be received in writing.  You can email your request to Amy Brisson – amyb@communitylinkconsulting.com.  There will be no refunds issued for group live trainings, the registration includes course material to be viewed at any time.  We will allow a registration to be moved to a future group live training one-time, if the originally registered group live training cannot be attended.  If you choose to transfer to a future group live training, you will not be able to receive the materials for the originally registered group live training.
