The Grants.gov package and Grant Guidance can be downloaded at the Grants.gov website, by clicking here and searching for the HRSA-17-XXX announcement number. Make sure your Grants.gov registration, System for Award Management (SAM) registration, and EHB passwords are all current - as these are preliminary to working on the application.
