The Provider Relief Fund is being continued with an opportunity to apply for Phase 4 funding. This application opens on September 29, 2021. The funding ($17 billion) is available to cover lost revenues and changes in operating expenses that occurred from July 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021. This same application will also allow rural providers to apply for American Rescue Plan funding.
