The first round of PRF funding was distributed in April 2020, just 2 years ago. Then, just one year ago, we were in this period of unknown with changes around reporting deadlines, reporting requirements, spending guidance, and figuring out how we are allowed to use these funds…
If you are curious, here are some past CLC articles on PRF that demonstrate how far we have come and what was going on during those past times:

HHS Provider Relief - Reporting Requirements Released! — Community Link Consulting
Now, let’s focus on today!
Reporting: There have been 2 reporting cycles completed. The next report due is for funds that were received between January 1, 2021 and June 30, 2021. Those funds must be spent by June 30, 2022 and reported on between July 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022.
It is important to note that even if you did NOT receive funds during a timeframe when a report is due, you still need to complete a couple simple steps verifying that funds were not received during that period and no report is due.
Additional Monies: In November, ARP Rural distributions were released and in December 2021, Phase 4 general distributions. Notifications have been sent to those clinics who will receive funds notifying them that money is coming. If you have not received a distribution yet, do not worry, these distributions are set to take place through May 2022.
If your clinic applied for funds and will NOT be awarded, a notification will be sent that states you will not be receiving a distribution and why. Moral of the story, no matter what, you will be notified. **Important reminder – within 90 days of receiving a payment, an attestation must be completed confirming receipt of funds: Home | COVID-19 Cares Provider Relief Fund (linkhealth.com)
Don’t forget to stay up to date on the latest updates about PRF reporting and any changes or future distributions (not sure if there will be any, but you never know).
